Therefore, he always advocated for better banking policies that would work for employees and clients.
In addition to working as a clerk, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi was promoted to handle the sales department. In his tenure, he grew the sales of the banking institution alongside implementing viable sales strategies that worked well for the growth of the institution. Following his elevation as the marketing director, Luiz Trabuco put in tremendous work into maintaining his performance. His dedication contributed to further promotions where he worked as vice president, and later, the CEO.

Not only had he introduced Banco Bradesco to the media department but also introduced better pension reforms for clients.
